A demonstration home
This is a private residence, captured to show what the technology does rather than to sell a house. Some rooms were left out for the owners' privacy, and it hasn't had the finishing pass a client tour gets — so take it as a look at the technique, not the finished article. A tour we produce for one of your listings covers the whole home, every room a buyer would want to walk.

A floor plan in the corner
The small map is the home's floor plan, drawn from the scan. It shows where you are and which way you're facing; tap it to enlarge, tap a room to walk there, and switch storeys with the tabs. On a client tour the plan — and the whole look of the tour — is styled to the agent's brand.

The home streams as it loads: you'll be standing in the entryway almost immediately, and the finer detail continues to resolve around you while you start looking. Nothing to wait for, nothing to download.

Any current browser, no app
Phone, tablet, laptop or desktop — nothing to install, no account, no headset. Your code is issued to you personally, so please point a colleague here for their own rather than passing yours along. If anything doesn't work, tell us what you're using and we'll sort it out.
Getting around
How to move.
Move through the home the way you'd walk it in person — through doorways, up the stairs, and up or down for a better look. You can't pass through walls or furniture, and you can't get lost.
On a phone or tablet
- Tap the floor where you want to stand
- Drag anywhere to look around
- Turn, rise and lower buttons sit at the bottom of the screen, with home and the map
On a computer
- W A S D or the arrow keys to walk — hold Shift to move faster
- Q / E or left & right arrows to turn
- R / F to rise and lower, H for the start
- Click the floor to jump to a spot, drag to look around
Worth trying while you're in there
- Walk up the stairs — both storeys are open
- Stand where a buyer would stand and look back at the room
- Check the sightline from the kitchen through to the living room
- Look at how the daylight actually falls through the windows
